The organization, at top management, considers the environment protection policy as start point for “ Environment Management System”. Starting from the specific of our activity the environment protection policy is a priority, a civic duty and is integrated in our business strategy promoted to all factors involved both from inside and from outside.
The organization has an optimistic view towards the environment policy applied, ensuring permanently that it has the best solutions and technologies applicable for the environment protection. This makes us be confident that our position on the market will be maintained and get strengthened in the future.
The stability of our organization is based on the following:
- Achieving works according to customer’s requirements;
- Ensuring that every work is achieved further to a conception based on materials and power saving by improving the environment quality;
- Ensuring that every work is documented in order to use the best available technologies, equipments and solutions.
The reason why we wish to have an EMS starts from the customers’ needs/requirements and increase of importance given to environment protection by the society we live in.
The organization engages at top management for:
- Continuous implementation/ improvement of EMS to maintain the environment performance for the works developed in compliance with the legislation in force;
- Clear assignment of tasks, complete control of procedures related to environment protection;
- Taking up the strategy and scheduling regarding environment protection expressed by reducing the impact upon environment of the new technologies and processes, experience and practice gained and influence upon suppliers and customers;
- Using the best management technologies/practices, complete production, reducing the resources consumption, pollution prevention, making recovery and recycling, reducing the quantity of packages, the effects upon environment within the works done, in equipments exploitation and in waste storage;
- Complying with the legislation in force which has to be done with local authorities for all activities based on the standards on environment protection;
- A better knowledge of issues related to environment protection by giving special importance to personnel training up to the highest level by various methods, sharing the experience in the field and recommendation from customers and suppliers;
- Making known the environment protection knowledge among employees;
- Complete use of resources;
- Acting in a friendly and constructive manner by informing publicly about the way we observe the conditions regarding environment protection when carrying out de-pollution works, wastes collection, packaging, transport and temporary storage and disposal;
- Creating conditions/framework to establish and revise the objectives and targets.
The person responsible for the implementation of EMS within the organization is Doinita Bodea, an engineer being authorized by the management team, at all levels, to fulfill this task.
